How to watch Hunter x Hunter
Hunter x Hunter (2011) is a 148-episode masterpiece with zero filler. Every episode adapts Yoshihiro Togashi's manga, making it a straight-through watch. The series covers six major arcs, each with a distinct tone — from the lighthearted Hunter Exam to the emotionally devastating Chimera Ant arc. The two movies (Phantom Rouge and The Last Mission) are anime-original side stories and entirely optional. This is the 2011 Madhouse adaptation, which is the recommended version over the 1999 series — it covers the full story through the Election arc with modern animation.
